Tia is a pretty and energetic young lady with an engaging smile and cheerful personality. She has a positive sense of self and takes pride in helping others. Tia can be quiet and shy but is friendly as you get to know her. She has good leadership qualities and likes dressing in the latest fashions. Tia enjoys listening to hip hop music, dancing, singing, watching movies, playing computer games and socializing with her friends. Tia also likes playing sports and is on the school basketball team. When she grows up, Tia would like to be a model, hip hop star or a daycare teacher.

David is a handsome and friendly young man who gets along with his peers and is a great helper. He is athletic and enjoys playing football, riding his bicycle and skateboarding. He also likes bowling and playing with his neighborhood friends. David likes animals, playing video games, building with Lego’s and watching “SpongeBob SquarePants” on television. He also enjoys going out to eat and going to amusement parks. David’s favorite subject in school is science. He has some challenges with reading and needs prompting and positive re-enforcement.

Tia and David would do well in a forever family who will provide them with love, encouragement, structure and clear expectations. All families will be considered for Tia and David. They are not yet legally free for adoption.
Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.

Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
