Raina(Age 5)
Meet Kevin and Raina, a brother and sister duo you surely want to meet! Kevin and Raina are happy, playful, and affectionate siblings with a great curiosity and interest in life. They get along well with one another as well as other children, are well-mannered, and respond very well to redirection from adults. Both children enjoy helping with chores around their foster home.

Kevin is a friendly, caring, and active young boy. You’ll often find him playing with cars and anything related to Pokémon. If Kevin can choose what he wants to eat, he would almost always choose his favorite food: macaroni and cheese! Kevin attends public school and has made academic progress.

Raina is a social butterfly who loves to talk and be active. She loves playing with her dolls, pretending to cook, and doing craft projects. Raina has a great appetite and is always open to trying new foods. She also is excited to be in school, just like her big brother.

Kevin and Raina would do well in a home with siblings of any age and also pets, but these are not required. The children have always lived in suburban or urban settings; however, a rural setting would be fine too. They currently have family visits in the Southeast region of PA.

Kevin and Raina are not yet legally free for adoption; however, when a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
