Elsa looks forward to becoming so many things: a dancer, a gymnast, cheerleader, basketball player, artist, hair dresser, author, illustrator, and the list goes on. Elsa enjoys coloring, dancing, cooking, playing outside or being on her tablet. She, also, enjoys having her hair and nails done. She is eloquent, charming, pleasant, engaging, and articulate. When she opens up to you and begins talking she will capture your attention and your heart. Elsa likes going to school and being social as well as continuing to improve in all her subjects. Elsa describes herself as: talkative, kind to animals, creative, shy, funny, patient, loud, forgiving, hyper, and athletic. She shared that when she is sad she likes to listen to music and eat cheesy crackers. Some of her favorite foods are peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, shrimp, cheese, fried chicken, and rice.
Nadia is a charismatic, young girl with big, sparkly, brown eyes. She is smart and observant and admits she enjoys school. Her favorite color is pink and she loves playing with Play-Doh. Nadia is very active and loves to dance, sing and stretch. She enjoys playing on her tablet or playing outside with her siblings. She enjoys conversing and loves to smile and laugh. She does not like things that scare her, especially, when those things relate to spiders and ghosts. Nadia appears to love social interaction and loves to be the center of attention.
Elsa and Nadia are not yet legally free for adoption.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN
to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
