Jack(Age 3)
Jill has been described as a "girly girl" who loves to talk about her clothes and hair. She enjoys coloring, playing with her dolls, and watching the Disney Channel. Jill enjoys going to the park and attending church on the weekends with her foster family. Jill has also been identified as a "helper" and "independent." She enjoys completing tasks such as getting herself cups of water and dressing herself. Jill shows concern for her brother and foster siblings by sharing with her foster mom what is going on with all the kids in the home. Jill has a brother, Jack, whom she loves very much.

Jack loves to play and is really fast! He enjoys playing with cars inside and outdoors and enjoys going to the playground. Jack is an active child but can sit and engage in various activities. Jack has been described as "affectionate" and "not shy at all." Jack likes to talk and practice his language skills. He also enjoys going to church with his foster family on the weekends. One of Jack's favorite foods is tiny cherry tomatoes. Jack is very close with his sister, Jill, and the two love to be together.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
