You can usually find Jayden either on the basketball courts or playing his favorite video game, Fortnite. Jayden is a big sports fan, particularly basketball. He’d love to watch a Cleveland Cavaliers game with you, especially if you have macaroni and cheese with tuna. Jayden is talented, athletic, and smart. He especially enjoys American History and loves learning about the past! Jayden also enjoys spending time with his friends and going to the weight room after school. However, he also values his alone time and likes to blow off steam by playing video games or taking a walk.

Jayden would like to live in a bigger city where there are a lot of activities and opportunities to become involved in. He gets along well with animals. However, he would prefer a home that did not have pets. Jayden is also hoping to have a two parent family with no other children as he has a younger brother and two younger sisters who are also in need of a forever home.

Meet Elizabeth: a kind, caring and respectful young lady. She has a great bond with her siblings and her friends. She enjoys playing independently, but also enjoys the company of others. When she is not playing in her room with her toys and making slime, she enjoys trying on JoJo bows and reading. Elizabeth enjoys her academics and likes to be recognized for her good grades. She enjoys learning science and social studies. Elizabeth loves visiting historical sites, including museums in Washington D.C. Elizabeth is a high energy child and enjoys fueling her energy with fish, chicken and rice, as well as macaroni and cheese with ketchup. With that energy, Elizabeth enjoys playing basketball and cheerleading. She described herself as nice, playful, and smart.

Elizabeth would like to live in a city where there are a lot of activities and opportunities to become involved in and explore. She gets along well with animals and would prefer a home that has dogs. She is hoping to have a two parent family with younger siblings. However, Elizabeth already has two older brothers and a younger sister who would also like to share Elizabeth’s forever home.

Blake is a very happy and curious boy, who always appears with a smile on his face. Blake loves to tell jokes and put a smile on other people’s faces. In Blake’s free time, he enjoys watching his brother play video games and playing himself especially Fortnite. Blake is not currently involved in any sports, but would like to join a football team in order to fulfill his lifelong goal of going professional and hopefully joining the Philadelphia Eagles. Blake does enjoy practicing football outside with his brother and friends. In order to fuel himself while playing football, Blake loves to eat macaroni and cheese with chicken and roast beef. Blake is currently involved with the reading club at school and enjoys gym, math, and art class. Blake describes himself as smart and proud.

Blake described his forever home as a two parent home. He would love to live in the country. Blake is an animal lover and is kind and caring towards them. He would enjoy having a dog to include in his family as well. He is hoping to have some brothers and sisters to expand his family as he has an older brother and sister and a younger sister.

Meet Ballerina, a spunky, outgoing little lady. In order to fuel Ballerina’s spunkiness, she enjoys eating eggs with ketchup for breakfast. She is very independent and does not like to ask for assistance. She does play well with her friends, but enjoys playing independently as well. Ballerina has a very active imagination and enjoys playing with her Minnie Mouse toys, Barbie’s, and Play Dough. Ballerina expressed her favorite time at school is when she gets to use her creativity during craft time. Ballerina is a quick learner and loves to try new activities and explore new places. Ballerina described herself as silly and playful.

Ballerina would like to have a forever home that has two parents. She would enjoy having more siblings as well, as she already has three older siblings who she would like to share her forever home with. Ballerina is an animal lover and very gentle with animals that she comes in contact with. She would enjoy having a cat for a family pet.

Church is important to Jayden, Elizabeth, Blake and they would like to continue attending a Christian church. Ballerina does currently attend a Christian church, but does not always wish to attend.

Jayden, Elizabeth, Blake, and Ballerina are not legally free for adoption.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.

Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
