Jahiem is a creative young man with a lovable personality. He enjoys coloring, building, and drawing. He uses songs to make people happy; he is known to create songs on the spot to get you to smile or cheer up. Jahiem is one of those kids who will say the funniest things. He often pretends he was not trying to make you laugh as he skips away. Like most children, Jahiem is active and he loves running, jumping, climbing, and overall being free to play. Jahiem is a leader and likes showing his peers things he knows how to do. When they may struggle, he takes the time to show them, step by step, how to complete a task. As such, Jahiem is a thinker and processes information very well.
Saleem is nurturing, caring, and loves helping others. Saleem is different from most children his age in that he enjoys helping with chores around the home. He is a fan of the outdoors, sports, and super heroes. If Saleem had the option to play by himself or in a group, he would definitely choose to play with others. Saleem has a loving personality and he makes friends very quickly. He enjoys being creative by playing with building blocks and he also enjoys some forms of acrobatics. Saleem is known to be a protector and will stand up for anyone being picked on. He also does well with younger children and takes on a big brother role with them.
Jahiem and Saleem need a family who is affectionate, active, flexible, and understands that no matter how old you are, you can learn something from someone at any age. They will do well with any family structure and enjoy being around animals. Like everyone, Jahiem and Saleem crave love, support, and affection without conditions. They are legally free for adoption.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN
to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
