Addie describes herself as sociable, irreplaceable, and hopeful. She enjoys swimming, playing volleyball and taking pictures. In regards to school, her favorite subject is history, as she loves learning about the past. Upon graduating from high school, she would like to either go to college for psychology or sociology. Her favorite food is stuffed shells. She has a twin sister and she doesn’t let her forget that she is older by one minute. Some of the things that she would enjoy doing with her forever family are movie nights, going on walks, shopping, and swimming. She would especially enjoy watching horror or comedy movies.

Ava is a respectful and mature young lady. Something unique about her is that she can crochet and her favorite food is mac and cheese. Some family values that are important to her are trust and support. Ava would like to play cards and watch movies with her forever family. She reported that she enjoys watching just about anything, but her favorite genres of movies are comedy and horror. Ava wants her forever family to know that it is very important to her that she be placed with her sister.

Parental rights have not been terminated for Addie and Ava; however when a permanent resource is identified the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
